Local Jetski Club Having A Major
Impact On The International Racing Scene
Discovery
Bay, CA - A local jetski racing club, Diablo Jet Ski Action (DJSA) Racing, is
having a large impact in the international jetski world. In the past few
weeks, the jetski community has held 2 international jetski competitions;
the IJSBA World Finals in Lake Havasu, AZ the week of October 6th to 11th
and the Pro Watercross World Championships in Naples, FL the week of September
22nd thru 27th. Both events hosted racers, their family and friends from
over 30 states including Alaska and 35 countries such as Canada, Russia, South
Africa, New Zealand, Thailand, and Kuwait. These jetski competitions have been
touted as second to country participation next to the Olympic games. As
part of these 2 competitions the local jetski club, DJSA Racing, had a large
impact both on the racers and support staff. Based on the winning number shown
in the table below, the Northern California club has produced about 10% of the
world champion rankings. DJSA Racing would like to recognize the impact
of our regional racers and support staff and share this information to Northern
California. Northern California has been known for many of it famous attractions
and locations such as Silicon Valley, the Wine Country, baseball, football, and
other major sporting teams. The region can be now also be known for producing
some of the world’s best jetski racers and support staff.

Diablo Jet Ski Action (DJSA)
Racing started in 2006 in Northern California to help promote Personal
Watercraft (PWC) Safety and Racing. It is a self sanctioned body that has
organized closed course PWC racing and Endurance Racing throughout Northern
California and has hundreds of racers and thousands of fans which watch the
races live and through their own webcast live stream production.
