ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (Tuesday, April 19, 2016) The Atlantic City Sports Commission is
partnering with Pro Watercross to host a National Tour Stop, which will take
place July 23-24 on the Atlantic City beach in front of Resorts Casino Hotel.
Pro
& Amateur Athletes will be competing on Personal Watercrafts in closed
course racing and freestyle competitions. Pro Watercross racing will showcase
up to 18 Pro athletes at one time, reach speeds of 85 miles per hour in the
surf. Pro Watercross Freestyle will display an array of consecutive aerial
maneuvers, only to be heightened by ocean conditions. Spectators can expect
aerial maneuvers such as back-flips, barrel rolls, and much more. The sport of watercross is equivalent to
motocross on the water. Providing plenty of thrills, spills, and excitement.
