DRY PIT PARKING: Event parking will open at Kanawha Blvd at 7:00 AM on Friday
The City of Charleston, WV closes down Kanawha Blvd to provide parking for our competitors and because of that parking will open up on Friday, August 19 at 7:00 am - staging for Friday morning parking will be in the parking area under the bridge, the alternative staging area will at Hidden Trails Motorsports at 702 Morris St, Charleston, WV 25301. WET PIT - LAUNCH AREA:
We would like to extend a special thanks to the City of Charleston, Daniels Electric and Rodney Loftis for all their time, energy and financial commitment to improving the launch area for competitors this year. Crews have been working tirelessly over the past several weeks with enhancing the ground work and adding over 100 Tons of gravel to the launch area... The launch area is much more racer friendly - thank you once again!
Onsite registration starts at 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm at the Pro Watercross staging area - look for registration signs.
TESTING & TUNING: 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm - check-in/registration required.
FRIDAY NIGHT:
Live on the Levee concert at Haddad Riverfront Park (in front of the 4 Points Sheraton) from 6:30 pm-9:30 pm and is FREE TO THE PUBLIC... this is a great time, be sure to make it!

LATE REGISTRATION / CHECK-IN: Onsite starting at 6:45 am - 8:00 am at the Pro Watercross staging area - look for registration signs. Pre-registration is recommended and is available online up to 8:00 pm on Friday night... if you choose to wait until Saturday AM, you can expect to pay an additional $20 per class. So make sure you pre-register to avoid any late fees.
Now serving breakfast... Breakfast will be available for purchase onsite starting at 7:30 am on Saturday and Sunday. Keep an eye out for Ms. Groovy's Kitchen food stand - click here for the weekend menu

8:15 AM Roll call for Mandatory riders meeting.
8:30 AM Mandatory riders meeting and safety briefing.
Devotional Immediately following rider's meeting.
9:15 AM Practice begins; riders are familiarized with the race.
10:00 AM Amateur racing begins.
11:00 AM Event prayer and national anthem is played and racing begins.
11:10 AM Pro racing - qualifying
12:15 PM Pro & Amateur Freestyle
1:00 PM Pro racing continues
2:00 PM Amateur racing continues...
SATURDAY NIGHT
HIDDEN TRAILS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP - RACER PARTY: Hidden Trails Motorsports invites all racers and their families to join them at their dealership location for a RACER PARTY! This will be your opportunity to meet and talk with the Pro Watercross Tour's title sponsor and thank them for supporting the sport!
What time? 7:00 pm - 12:00 am
What to expect: Live Music, Free Food and Spirits
Who can attend: Welcome to all racers and families!!
There will be a 20% discount on any parts or accessories in case you decide to shop!
GLOW RUN: are you a runner? Charleston has their Glow Run on Saturday night - this 5k takes you on a tour of downtown Charleston after dark with competitors lite up in glow wear... Interested? August 20th Register online by August 18th and receive a $13 discount off the registration fee.

Coming West on 64 take Exit 58C (Washington St.)
Go to the 3rd stop light (BP Fuels on corner) and make a right (Randolph Street)
Go to 2nd stop light and go left on Ohio Ave.
Go straight to Kanawha Blvd. and enter race site parking
Trailer friendly route to Magic Island from Interstate 64 East:
Coming East on 64 take Exit 58C (Lee Street)
Go to 2nd stop light off exit and turn left underneath the interstate on Washington Street
Go to 1st stop light and turn left on Pennsylvania Ave
